Investor Information Contrieve Contrieve is a network technology research and development company founded in August 2000 by Mr. Harry Tarnoff in response to frustrations with inefficiencies in and problems with established network operation. The goal: leverage, combine and develop technologies to automate and improve radically the speed, accuracy, trustfulness and reliability of the transfer of network data. Our mission Contrieve develops network technology that put promotion and distribution control into the hands of content owners and their authorized agents. Our RevBot™ series of product speed up and enhance site to site network communications while at the same time making those communications secure and traceable to meet new industry standards (ISO) and government regulations (Sarbanes-Oxley). We are committed to revolutionizing the way enterprises, governments and Internet users the world promote their content. One quick example: search engines now typically take eight to twelve weeks to revisit a web site, so content changes are updated to the search engine with a four to six week average. Contrieve's goal is to ensure the company's long term success by developing technologies that empower network sites, particular the small business sites that get lost in the "page ranking" and update shuffle.
